my approach
My intention is to help you feel more present. For over 20 years, I have helped clients shift from feeling stress, worry, and regret to be more grounded, peaceful, and authentic. My approach is experiential, and I will provide you with guidance to step into presence during sessions so that you will be better able to do so in your daily life.

Hi, I’m Kevin Ott
After I completed law school, the residual stress caused health problems that persisted for two years. In my personal journey of self-healing, I studied qigong and the work of Eckhart Tolle and Byron Katie. As a result, I learned to shift from overthinking towards presence.
Practicing presence has not only helped me feel more healthy mentally and physically, but also has helped me feel more connected in my relationships both personally and professionally. As a result of presence, for example, I feel more resourceful and peaceful when I communicate with my wife, my daughter, and my parents.
Wanting to share what I had learned, I began working with people who wanted personal transformation. In over twenty years working one-on-one with people, I have empowered clients to transform stressful thought patterns to inner peace.
